Home Staging South Guildford – You never know where in perth you might end up in the home staging business. But this gem of a client found me, a lovely kind soul.
And what a delight this property was to stage, a very large 4×2 home on a rear block, long driveway with lots of greenery around, it’s like a hidden treasure on an already pretty quiet street. Maybe my boys and I would call a property like this home one day… They can make their mess up the back, I’ll stay up the front 🙂
We provided a full and complete stage of this property, being the Master Bedroom & ensuite, WIR, all three minor bedrooms including activity area, staging the entry and front living room/ theatre. We also home staged the Alfresco area.
The master bedroom was home staged in rusty reds and greys and some natural colours. I love the greenery you can see outside most of the windows. Don’t you? We did a nursery, just because 🙂 The activity area with some occasional chairs and an ottoman, the perfect place to put your feet up with a book. The main living area featured a large canvas an natural timbers/ colours… Glass dining table, leather bar stools and we popped in a double door stainless steel fridge in the kitchen.
Since Home Staging Perth Properties has become my thing I’ve really been blessed with staging some amazing homes. I’m sure this one will have some offers, and will be home to a very happy family / home owners very soon.
