Home Staging Subiaco – Portfolio

This property was staged in a noticeably quiet street in Subiaco. A double story home with 2 master bedrooms and two complete ensuites along with a 3rd bathroom. I believe previously the master bedroom on the ground floor was used as an office. We home staged it as a master bedroom. 

The client has recently had the property painted, which isn’t unusual for homes we home stag. However he requested no artwork on the walls (or for artwork to be mounted). Artwork does draw the eye upward and can make the space feel bigger depending on where the artwork is mounted, along with making the area more interesting to viewers. So for this clients home staging Subiaco rather, than mount the wall art to the walls we chose artwork that could sit on the entertainment unit. We also brought in a console for the dining area. A floor lamp in the living area was also used on the wall I would have liked to have hung the artwork. It worked 🙂

We provided an almost complete home staging of this Subiaco property. All 4 bedrooms, living areas, dining area, home staging of the alfresco/ outdoor area, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry. All but the theatre as the owner wanted it plain.
