Home staging Mandurah? Yes we certainly do.
This property was considered uninhabitable when the vendor came into possession of it. Long term tenants are great but it’s amazing what can happen to a property in 6 years. To bring it up to this standard the vendor basically ‘flipped it’ the home. He added new flooring, a complete paint job and new lighting. A garden make over was in order, adding in new plants, putting down exposed aggregate and artificial turf. Vendor Micheal also chose to enclose the garage with beautiful white gates. Being rather versatile with his hands, the vast majority of the work he did himself.
Perth Staged to Sell provided a complete home staging of this home, being the master bedroom, two minor bedrooms, bathroom, living area, dining, kitchen and outdoor area.
We went with a cool colour palette and contemporary feel, with blue teal colour pops in the living area. The vendor wanted bedrooms decorated as a single, we decided on home staging one of the minor bedrooms with a toddler bed which is always well received by the little person of the family.
The exterior of the property had a newly created outdoor area, so we home staged it with a weather proof outdoor setting.
