After being contacted for a potential home staging Carlisle I was able to meet this lovely family and ascertain if I could assist with a partial stage of this lovely character home.
We worked out that I could home stage the living areas, dining area, kitchen and a minor bedroom, but is the bedroom you see as you first walk into the home, as well as staging the outdoor veranda to the front of the home. And that the vendor would stage the master bedroom, and her little ones bedroom.
The stage went pretty well, with the real estate agent being able to present an offer the vendors on a private viewing. However the vendors decided to go to market also but as far as I’m aware it’s been under offer pretty much from the first viewing. So happy for them.
Home staging before and after photos always my favourite way to showcase the power of staging your home, in Carlisle or any suburb for that matter…. BUT, the before pictures I took had the clients own furniture (and children) ha… So can’t really use those. Here are some of the after images from their stage.
