When asked to home stage this Osborne Park townhouse I was delighted! It’s is bigger than most townhouses, with three very large bedrooms, two bathrooms plus a powder room. According to the agent, it presented perfectly. The property has been very well maintained, and is well positioned between the Main Street shopping strip and the cafes and bars in Mount Hawthorn. It has a very practical, open floorplan, is totally secure and includes all creature comforts.

I decided to style this property focusing on a ‘Professional Couple’ angle, since is didn’t have much of a yard and it’s location on busy Main Street.

We were able to stage the master bedroom with a green velvet bedhead and occasional chair – artwork from Urban Road which had the same touch of green. The rest of the bedroom was golds/ glass (the side tables and lamps) and some nice hardback books/ little greenery.

This homes outdoor area we styled with a white tall bar table with enough seating for 4. And the living area we went with contemporary blacks, greys, glass with a bit of greenery as usual. One of my favourite parts of this stage is the artwork. Often the two pieces in the living and dining can be paired together, but I opted to separate in the main space due to being restricted where to hang on account of power points… No one wants to get zapped 🙂 

I do truly love the look of this sofa and glass table together – sadly neither could reside in my house on account of my 4 and 8 year olds’ grubby ways, bless them. 🙂
