This home staging Westminster project was easy to work on being well maintained with neutrel colours. It was a little on the smaller side but would be the perfect first home, or even a home for a small single parent family. Home staging Westminster really turned it into a home.
This villa was treat to stage, I used teals and blacks and greys in the living areas and the entry. The front room I couldn’t resist but to stage as a little kids room around dinosaurs. The home I felt would be first home buyer due to it size and price, potentially a down sizer, who may have a grand child, or a single parent family. So I felt a child’s room would work.
We provided a full stage of this 3 bedroom home, including the Master Bedroom, Bathroom and Ensuite, 2 Minor bedrooms, Living Area, Dining, Kitchen and Outdoor Area.
The Master Bedroom I went with a lovely purple pink velvet bedhead, and pinks and greens for the decor. the other minor bedroom I went with blues and greys.
The exterior of the property had an outdoor area which we staged with a black table and chairs.
The property is located 1km to Westminster Education Centre and 1km to Westminster Primary School
